The other day at my daughters Dr. visit they asked me to fill out paperwork that the government wanted. I told them you have all the paperwork on my daughter I do not need to fill anything our via the government. She then said they will not see my daughter. I said fine I will take her somewhere else. They called back to the nurse and they said they will see her. Why would they have me fill out paperwork on hospitalizations and other stuff about my daughter for the government when they have all that information? I have a question.
